GPA Verification
If you need to have your GPA verified, you will need to submit a request in writing to Office of the Registrar. The request must contain the following information:
- Your full name and any previous names you may have used as a SJSU student
- Your student ID number - which may be your Social Security number
- Your date of birth, if known
- The approximate dates of attendance, if known
- Complete address to which you'd like the verification sent, or the number to which you'd like it faxed
- Your name and contact information
- Your signature
Submit your written request to the “R” Counter at the Student Services Center.
Processing takes 2 to 3 business days from date of receipt.
